Make it in the North exists to gap the bridge between Northern Dutch companies and English-speaking jobseekers through network events, a career portal, and providing information and services.

We’re a non-profit project founded by a whole lot of amazing organizations in the Northern Netherlands: business associations, universities and cities. That tells you everyone thinks this is very important. Diversifying the Dutch work force, also through hiring more internationals, isn’t an option: it’s a must. And a perk! Diverse companies innovate more and make more money. So we work hard every day to connect more diverse jobseekers to more diverse companies!
