When is enrolling for the Beta Business Days 2025 possible?
Enrollments for all modules have opened! Once you have registered yourself on the website, you can sign up for CV-selected modules (Speed dates, Cases, One-on-Ones, Sip & Connects) up until the 23rd of February, and until the 3rd of March for non-CV selected modules (Presentations). Please keep an eye on our official Social media channels!

What is the cancellation policy for Beta Business Days?
If you need to cancel your participation in a CV-selected module, make sure to do so at least 72 hours before it starts. If you cancel later than this, a €10 cancellation fee will apply. However, if you cancel on time or for any other type of module, no fee will be charged.

When is the Beta Business Days 2025?
The Beta Business Days 2025 is scheduled to take place on the 12th and 13th of March 2025.

How can my company participate in the Beta Business Days?

I am not studying at the FSE or a member of TeMa or ASCI. Can I participate in the event?
Yes, this is possible. When you register, select at the study possibilities “other”.

What does participating in the events of the Beta Business Days cost?
The participation is free of charge. Also, a free lunch, drinks, and snacks will be offered.

Is there a dress code at the Beta Business Days?
Yes, the dress code is business formal or business casual. It is for you to decide what image you want to send out.
